Refurbishment of 4+1 additional commercial units inclusive of FOSROC concrete structural frame stabilisation works to portal frames, new Euroclad 3 degree pitch roofing systems and external cladding, new M&E installations, new masonry and elevation works including new vehicle doors, fire exit doors and windows,drainage and concrete flooring reinstatement works, formation of new multi-use WC facilities, decoration works and external roadway and car parking works.
