Extensive refurbishment of 3 large commercial units inclusive of structural stabilisation works to steel portal frames, new Euro clad minimal pitch roofing systems, new M&E installations, new masonry and elevation cladding works, replacement flooring, ceilings and decoration works and external roadway and Sustainable underground drainage system works (Suds) including soft and permeable landscaping.
